Beer Can Chicken
Ingredients:
- Whole chicken
- Salt & Pepper
- Paprika
- Brown Sugar
- 1 can beer
1. Rub fresh chicken generously with salt, pepper, and paprika
2. Sprinkle on some brown sugar
3. Place chicken on the beer can. We used this rack for more stability, but it will work without the rack too.
4. Place upright on grill. Grill until internal temp is 165 degrees. This 4lb chicken took about 45 minutes low heat.
