Grow your own meat birds? We will butcher, process, and package your birds for you. Contact us for more information or to schedule a butcher date! We are open for custom butchering May through October.

2024 Pricing

Meat Chickens - $5.00 per bird

includes butchering, processing, and packaging in the standard whole-bird shrink wrapping.

​

10-piece Cuts - $7.00 per bird

includes separating into 10-pieces: breast, tender, leg, thigh, wing and bagging. 

(This option is provided for customers who prefer to repackage their cuts.)

Vacuum-sealed Cuts - $8.00 per bird

includes separating into 10-pieces: breast, tender, leg, thigh, wing and vacuum-sealing.

Layer Hens and Roosters (Non-Meat Birds) - $5.00 per bird

​

Turkeys - $10.00 per turkey
