Italian Marinaded Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- Chicken tenders (or any other cut)

Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a gallon size bag or dish with a lid.  Mix to combine.  Add the chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Cook tenders in a fry pan on the stove until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
