Whole Brined & Smoked Chicken

Ingredients:

- Whole Chicken

Brine Recipe -

- 1/2 cup salt

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 gallon water

For the Brine - Heat ingredients in a pan on the stove until dissolved together. Let cool. Place chicken in container in brine and soak over night.
The next day, remove chicken from the brine. Discard the brine. Put the chicken on the smoker at 225 degrees for 4-5 hours.
